Skill Nutrition Magnesium Malate is a dietary supplement in capsule form containing 113 mg of magnesium (30% RDA) in the form of magnesium malate and 1.4 mg of vitamin B6 (P-5-P) (100% RDA) per capsule. Recommended intake: 1–3 capsules per day. Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal muscle function, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal energy metabolism and electrolyte balance. Vegan product. Does not contain: gluten, lactose, gelatine, GMOs, sweeteners or preservatives.
