Olini Extra Virgin Olive Oil for Kids is a mild-tasting, unfiltered extra virgin olive oil from the first cold pressing, gentle enough for babies from 6 months of age. It contains polyphenols at 510 mg/kg - olive oil polyphenols contribute to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress, with the benefit obtained through a daily intake of 20 g of olive oil. It's great for drizzling over porridge, soups and vegetables, and for first baby-led weaning attempts.

About the product

Olini Extra Virgin Olive Oil for Kids is an extra virgin olive oil from the first cold pressing, sourced from Italy. The olives are harvested in the 2025/2026 season and pressed within 24 hours of picking, so the oil keeps a delicate, sun-ripened aroma and a mild taste without any sharp, bitter notes.

The oil is unfiltered, which means it keeps the full range of active compounds - including polyphenols at 510 mg/kg. Olive oil polyphenols contribute to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress; the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 20 g of olive oil.

Suitable for

An olive oil for babies from 6 months of age, but equally suited to older children and the whole family - a great match for Mediterranean cooking, and suitable for pregnant women and those following a vegan or vegetarian diet.

How to use

Drizzle over porridge, cooked vegetables, soups and meat, or offer it for licking off fingers during baby-led weaning. Older children can enjoy it in salads, dip bread in it, or take it straight from a spoon. Suggested amounts: from 6 to 12 months - a few drops a day; at 1 year - 1 to 3 tablespoons a day; from 1 to 3 years - good-quality plant fats should make up around 30-35% of daily energy needs.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, away from light. Refrigeration is not necessary - the oil may turn slightly cloudy when chilled, which does not affect its quality.
