    Olini Cod Liver Oil for Kids, Orange is a classic cod liver oil with a refreshing citrus twist - the natural orange flavour softens the fishy taste, while the oil itself is still sourced from Atlantic cod liver (Gadus morhua) from sustainable fisheries certified by MSC. Each serving provides omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA together with vitamins A and D, which contribute to the normal function of the immune system. The oil is gently purified, free from heavy metals, dioxins and pesticides, and its low TOTOX value confirms its freshness.

    Ingredients

    Cod liver oil (Gadus morhua) (fish), natural orange flavour, vitamin A (retinyl palmitate), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), antioxidant: mixed tocopherols.

    Directions for use

    Take directly from a spoon or measuring cup, every day throughout the year, at the recommended serving: 2.5 ml for children aged 1 to 12 years, 5 ml for children over 12 years and adults. The oil can also be added to drinks and food - fruit shots, smoothies, salad dressings or smoothie bowls.

    Contraindications

    Hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the product, including allergy to fish and shellfish. Caution is advised in case of heart and blood conditions and when taking other vitamin A supplements at the same time. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.

    Precautions

    Exercise caution if you are already taking other vitamin A preparations - excess vitamin A may increase the risk of bone problems. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
