Psyllium seed husk, whole (Plantago psyllium L.)

Suggested use

Vigorously mix 1 to 2 level scoops (15 ml) in at least 350 ml of water and consume immediately. Drink adequate fluids throughout the day.

Not suitable for children. Individuals taking medication should maintain a minimum 4-hour gap between the medication and this supplement. Do not use if you have difficulty swallowing.
