Carnium Botanicals PMS Relief is a herbal-mineral complex in 60 capsules, providing a 30-day supply, with organic ginger, turmeric, Chinese angelica root, chasteberry and lemon balm extracts. Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to normal functioning of the nervous system, and vitamin B6 also contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. The formula is completed with zinc, vitamin D3 and BioPerine® to support the absorption of the other ingredients. The capsules are plant-based.

Ingredients

Suggested use

Take 2 Capsules daily, with, during or shortly after a meal, with a sufficient amount of water.
