Suggested use:

Mix a 10 g serving (2.5 scoops) with 100-150 ml of water or juice.

Consume 1-2 servings, depending on your needs. On training days, consume two servings a day: one immediately after waking up, the second after training. On non-training days, drink one serving after waking up.
